I started 30 days of yoga on January 2nd. That's Tuesday through Sunday so far of yoga every single day. Most days that means first thing in the morning, before work. I am not a morning person. At all. But I have managed to get myself out of bed, walk downstairs, and make my wa Six Pack Abs! Yogi style.
